This is the new devlog for CITY OF DEAF. This is a thing I will be doing, hopefully regularly. Enjoy, and feel free to post suggestions on what the game should have added to it.

So, I am quite ill, and i have had a pretty pants day because of that, but I thought I would still record my progress for the sheer hell of it .
Anyway, here is what I have done:
- I finished building the city
-fine tuned shadows
-in the midst of tweaking enemy AI so the game is possible
-That is it
-I feel so terrible
Yeah... I'm going to go now...

I don't have much time... It's nearly time for sleep!
Okay, so it's now when I have created the devlog. So far, the engine for detection is working. The one issue I have with it is that the AI don't have a cone of vision (meaning the AI's field of view doesn't start small, and become wider the further away the distance is), but they just see anything that they're facing towards thats not behind a wall. eh.
So the gist of COD is (wow, just noticed, Call Of Duty stole my Achronym) basically about Dave Davidson, a newbie assassin. He isn't very good at shooting accurately, so he has to stand still while shooting. His first assignment isn't the typical "Get the Coffee without dropping it" dealio, oh no -
He must take out an entire town of evil people. Who are also deaf, which makes things easier. But because they are all evil, they all carry guns with them. Big guns. I'm talking insta-kills here people. If you're cool, you would have visited my Screenshots page - You can see on the HUD that there is NO HEALTH. If you shoot someone, they die. If someone sees you kill said someone, they shoot you. If you get shot, you die. See how this works?
I hope it all goes as well as planned. Alright, that's enough for now.
